Equipment: Rings, Jump Rope
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements listed. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
