  • 30 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 70 Ring Rows

Instructions:
- Perform the Ring Muscle-Ups, Ring Dips, and Ring Rows in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
