AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 meter run
  • 10 Ring muscle-ups
  • 20 Box jumps
  • 30 Double unders

Notes:
- Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping ring muscle-ups or ring rows if needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
