- Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
Perform 5 Ring Muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then 5 Deadlifts at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
Notes:
Choose a weight for the Deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows if needed.
