EMOM Strength Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 Ring Dips

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Complete 5 Ring Muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute. Complete 10 Ring Dips at the start of each even minute, then rest until the next even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity.
