Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Ring Muscle-ups
    2. Dumbbell Snatches

Equipment:
- Rings
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of Tabata intervals for each movement, alternating between Ring Muscle-ups and Dumbbell Snatches. Rest for 1 minute between each tabata interval. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements.
