Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • Ring Dips (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
    • Ring Rows (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Equipment:
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of ring dips and ring rows in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and challenging yourself with the movements.
