Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Ring Muscle-ups
    • Power Snatches

Equipment:
- Rings
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of ring muscle-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Then, immediately move into 20 seconds of power snatches followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Repeat this sequence for a total of 16 rounds. Adjust weight on the barbell as needed for the power snatches.
