EMOM Gymnastics Rings

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Ring Dips


Instructions: Perform 5 Ring Muscle-ups on the odd minutes and 10 Ring Dips on the even minutes, resting for the remainder of each minute. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
