Tabata Skill Rings

Tabata Skill Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • Ring Muscle-ups (or Ring Dips)
    • Rest

Instructions:
Perform as many reps of Ring Muscle-ups (or Ring Dips) as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on quality movement and efficiency during each work interval. Adjust the movement to your skill level if needed.

- Rings

If unable to perform Ring Muscle-ups, scale to Ring Dips or another appropriate movement.
