EMOM Cardio Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Box Jumps

Instructions:
- Start each minute with 10 ring dips, then move on to 15 box jumps.
- Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
- Scale ring dips as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
