- 10 Ring Dips
- 15 Ring Rows
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 ring dips, and 15 ring rows. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of the rounds and reps completed for scoring purposes.
