  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 45 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Notes:
- Scale the ring muscle-ups to banded or jumping ring muscle-ups if needed.
- Focus on efficient transitions between movements to maximize rounds.
