Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Muscle-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Muscle-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of Ring Muscle-ups completed. Make sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
