AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Box Jumps
- 30 Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 ring muscle-ups, 20 box jumps, and 30 double unders. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups if needed. Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving.
