AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of a 200 meter run, 10 ring muscle-ups, and 15 wall balls. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
