EMOM Cardio Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Ring Dips
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
- Set a timer for 20 minutes and alternate between the prescribed number of ring dips and box jumps at the start of each minute.
- Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on quality movement and full range of motion for each exercise.
