EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Box Jumps (24/20)


Notes:
- Scale the number of ring muscle-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Make sure to focus on proper form and technique during the ring muscle-ups to avoid injury.
- Push yourself to jump onto the box explosively for each rep to maximize the workout's intensity.
