AMRAP Weightlifting RingsAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows if needed. Choose a weight for the Deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds. Jump to a height that is challenging but manageable for the Box Jumps. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize your score.
