Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds):


  • Ring Rows
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of ring rows, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, perform 20 seconds of burpees, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. This workout will test your pulling strength and cardio endurance. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
