AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Equipment: Rings, Barbell, Box


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 power snatches, and 15 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Be sure to choose a weight for the power snatches that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 15 minutes.
