  • 8 rounds of:
    • Ring Dips (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)

Instructions:
Perform as many ring dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
