EMOM Weightlifting Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)

Instructions: Athletes will perform 5 ring muscle-ups on the odd minutes and 5 power snatches on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the reps or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
