Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Focus:
- Perform each Tabata round for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes each)
- Aim for maximum reps with good form during the work intervals


Notes:
- Adjust the difficulty of the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 8 rounds
- Focus on controlled movements to build strength and muscle endurance in the upper body
