Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • Ring Dips (20 seconds)
    • Rest (10 seconds)

Equipment:
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform as many ring dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and full range of motion throughout the workout.


Notes:
Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of your body during the ring dips. Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout and cool down/stretch afterwards.
