AMRAP Strength Rings

AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 front squats, and 15 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or banded ring transitions as needed. Choose a weight for the front squats that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout. Jump onto a box that is challenging but allows for consistent movement. Good luck!
