Tabata Skill Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
