Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Rows as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of the body in relation to the ground.
