  • Tabata Ring Dips
  • Tabata Ring Push-ups
  • Tabata Ring Muscle-ups

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform each Tabata interval (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) for each movement listed. Rest 1 minute between Tabata intervals. Score is total reps completed across all 8 intervals for each movement. Adjust difficulty by changing body position or adding weight as needed.
