  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of Ring Dips completed. Adjust difficulty by changing the angle of your body or using a band for assistance.
