Tabata Gymnastics Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-bar
  • Ring Dips

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the four movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Good luck!
