Tabata Strength Workout:


  • Tabata Ring Dips
  • Tabata Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Ring Dips and Ring Rows. The total workout time will be 8 minutes. Make sure to maintain good form throughout each round and push yourself to maximize your effort during the work intervals.
