Tabata Skill RingsTabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement.

- Ring Muscle-Ups
- Ring Dips
- Ring Rows
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, starting with ring muscle-ups, then ring dips, and finishing with ring rows.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
