Tabata Skill Rings

Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds) of:


  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows
  • Ring Plank Holds

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 movements. Focus on quality movement and skill development during each interval.
