Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed.

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on quality of movement and technique throughout the workout.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
