Tabata Skill RingsTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Ring Muscle-Ups
- Ring Dips
- Ring Rows
Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on quality movement and maintaining proper form throughout each interval. Adjust the difficulty as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining good technique.
