EMOM x 20:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even Minutes: 30 Double-unders

Instructions:
Perform 5 ring muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 30 double-unders at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes:
Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to move efficiently. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and technique.
