AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible within the 20-minute time cap. Scale ring muscle-ups to banded or jumping muscle-ups as needed. Adjust the difficulty of ring dips and rows to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement and skill development during each rep.
