Tabata Skill Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Ring Muscle-ups
    2. Ring Dips
    3. Ring Rows
    4. Ring Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the four movements. Focus on maintaining proper form and control throughout each exercise.
