  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, rotating through the three movements for a total of 4 minutes. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Complete a total of 3 rounds.


Notes:
Focus on proper form and technique for each movement. Scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
