  • 15 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 30 Ring Dips
  • 45 Ring Rows

Instructions:
- Scale ring muscle-ups to banded or jumping muscle-ups as needed.
- Ring dips can be scaled to box dips or push-ups.
- Ring rows can be adjusted in difficulty by changing the angle of the body.
