EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Ring Dips

Instructions:
Complete 5 Ring Muscle-ups at the start of every odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Follow the same pattern for the Ring Dips on the even minutes. Focus on form and technique to improve your ring mastery skills.
