AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Instructions:
- Scale the muscle-ups to jumping or banded muscle-ups if needed.
- Focus on technique and efficiency on the ring dips to avoid burning out too quickly.
- Ring rows should be challenging but doable with good form throughout the workout.
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in the 15-minute AMRAP.
