EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Minute 2: 10 Ring Dips
  • Minute 3: 15 Ring Rows

Instructions:
This EMOM workout is designed to challenge your ring skills and overall upper body strength. If you are unable to complete the prescribed reps within the minute, rest the following minute and then continue with the next movement. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement to maximize the effectiveness of the workout.
