EMOM Skill Rings

EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 3 Muscle-ups
  • Even minutes: 5 Ring Dips

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform 3 muscle-ups on the odd minutes and 5 ring dips on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the number of reps if needed to maintain quality movement throughout the workout. Focus on technique and efficiency in each movement.
