AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed. Scale ring muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets. Jump securely onto the box for the box jumps. Adjust box height as necessary for your ability level.
