EMOM Gymnastics RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups + 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar + 15 Air Squats
Notes:
- Use a pull-up bar on the rig for the strict pull-ups and toes-to-bar.
- Find a wall for the handstand push-ups. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
