Tabata Weightlifting RigTabata:
- 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Pull-ups
- Thrusters
Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell
Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. After completing the pull-ups, move on to thrusters using the barbell. Perform as many thrusters as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements.
