  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) at each station:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)
    3. Push Press (95/65 lbs)
    4. Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds at one station before moving to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 stations.
- Rest 1 minute between stations.
- Tabata intervals are high intensity, push yourself during each work period.
