Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Power Snatches
    3. Toes-to-Bar
    4. Overhead Squats

Equipment:
- Rig for pull-ups


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Adjust weight and difficulty as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
